I woke up a 4am caughing
hard mamma got up and
built a fire I went to sleep
woke up at 8 got up ate
breckfast. Picked some ice
this afternoon it made me
a little nervous. I cleaned
my watch. Wilfrend Parry was
down to see me this evening
