Slept till 9. Rolled out of bed, the house all quiet, showered and headed to Jenny's for a massage. Began to turn my mind towards work. Back home to  review Gus's science work, and then to the office. Worked with Ric on our database development. Home by 5. Watt to the studio. I worked a bit more. Dinner about 8. Leftover lamb and vegitables. Life is good.
